Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are generally not accepted. However, if the plant arrives damaged, you may contact us with opening video of the damaged product, and we will offer a replacement If there is damage to the plants in the courier which you pick up correctly within the time period specified by us, you can inform to our official mail id along with the opening video. There will be no replacement for orders received late,If you wish to cancel an order, please send a cancellation request to our official email, mentioning your Order ID. If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within 24 working hours
Plants are delicate travelers. If your plant arrives with significant structural damage, broken stems, or severe wilting, we will make it right.
To keep our garden growing, we offer replacements only for damaged items. We do not issue monetary refunds once a plant has been shipped.
Please inspect your green friends immediately. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
Disclaimer: Minor foliage shedding or small leaf tears are natural occurrences during transit and are not considered "damage." Our policy does not cover plants that fail to thrive due to improper care, overwatering, or insufficient light conditions after arrival.
